JENNALEE RYAN has been involved in the process of adoptions for over 20 years. She is the CEO of A Aabagails Silver Spoon Adoptions, Inc. and created the concept which is currently referred to as “adoption facilitating”. An adoptive mother herself, she understands and appreciates the emotional sacrifice that birth mothers make when going through the adoption process. With a firm belief in open adoption, Jennalee encourages ongoing contact including in- person visits with the birth mothers of her children.


KIMBERLEY MENDEZ is an adoption consultant with A Aabagails Silver Spoon Adoptions, Inc. Kim, herself, has been a birth mother; having placed a set of twins and a son for adoption.  Her own personal experiences make her a huge asset to the company, as she knows firsthand the emotions that women go through when having to make the decision of placement.  Kim has grown through her experiences, and although she has great love for the children that she has placed for adoption, she states that she has no regrets. “ Placing my babies for adoption was the best choice that I could have made. It was difficult but I knew that I was unable to care for them emotionally, financially or physically. I know that they have a loving mother and father, a home to call their own and that they are loved. I had nothing to offer them at the time.” 

LISA ROBINSON
 is an adoption consultant with A  Aabagails Silver Spoon Adoptions.As a single mother of three boys, Lisa understands the work and commitment that it takes to raise children. Lisa is a nonjudgmental and compassionate listener. She states, “I will  never advise a woman to place her baby for adoption, as that is a personal decision. I will, however, commit to giving 100%  to try to make their adoption experience positive"
